This washed process lot comes from Finca La Providencia, where we have been sourcing high-grown coffees going back several years. Now operated by Victor Hugo Anzueto, the 96-hectare estate located in the San Pedro Necta district of Huehuetenango has been in the Anzueto family for three generations. Victor Hugo grows Catuai and Caturra varieties ranging from 1300 to 1600 masl.
