Finca Rosita is located in the Illimani community in the gorgeous region of Caranavi, Bolivia. The farm covers 32 hectares, solely dedicated to coffee cultivation.

The farm is named in honor of the memory of the matriarch of the Valverde-Aramayo family, Rosa Angelica Aramayo. This coffee underwent the traditional washed method with no additional fermentation. We believe it produced lots of clean and clear flavors that shine through in the cup. It is one of the more sessional coffees of the year for us. RedFox Coffee Merchants helped produce and source this coffee, and we then bought it from them.
