Espresso Neat is our staple espresso blend, consisting of no more than two single origin coffees. All of the coffees that make up this blend are bought seasonally, and intentionally, to ensure the coffee tastes as good as it can when it hits your machines. Right now the blend is two in season Ethiopian coffees. One washed, to bring you that bright, clean, lasting sweetness that shines through with a punch, and one Natural, to give some added mouthfeel, some big dark fruitiness that comes through even in large amounts of milk. Together, they create a nice sweet, clean, fruit forward syrupy coffee that is sure to please everyone who has a taste of it.
